The invention relates to the technical field of scaffold safety protection, and particularly relates to a safety protection falling self-locking mechanism of a scaffold jacking mechanism. The safety protection falling self-locking mechanism of the scaffold jacking mechanism comprises a self-locking assembly, an oil cylinder control box and a jacking air cylinder. The self-locking assembly comprises a main body; a ratchet wheel is movably connected to the interior of the main body through a rotating pin shaft; a self-locking rod is arranged outside the ratchet wheel; the lower part of the self-locking rod is fixedly connected with a guide plate; the lower part of the guide plate is fixedly connected with a traction ring; an adjusting assembly is fixedly connected to the interior of the self-locking assembly; a speed reduction assembly is fixedly connected to the interior of the self-locking assembly; and reinforcing ribs are fixedly connected to the upper surface and the lower surface of the self-locking assembly. According to the invention, by mutual cooperation of the self-locking assembly and the speed reduction assembly, safety protection from falling of the jacking mechanism can be implemented; and through arrangement of the self-locking matching adjusting assembly, adjustment on the effect of the jacking mechanism can be implemented, so that disassembling and assembling use of ascending and descending of the jacking mechanism can be implemented.

    本发明涉及脚手架安全防护技术领域,具体为一种脚手架顶升机构安全防护坠落自锁机构,包括自锁组件、油缸控制箱和顶升气缸,所述自锁组件包括主体,所述主体的内部通过转动销轴活动连接有棘轮,所述棘轮的外部设置有自锁杆,所述自锁杆的下方固定连接有导向板,所述导向板的下方固定连接有牵引环,所述自锁组件的内部固定连接有调节组件,所述自锁组件的内部固定连接有减速组件,所述自锁组件的上下表面皆固定连接有加强筋。本发明通过自锁组件以及减速组件的相互配合,能够实现对顶升机构坠落的安全防护,且通过自锁配合调节组件的设置,能够实现对其效果进行调节,从而能够实现顶升机构上升和下降的拆装使用。
