The invention relates to the technical field of steel cable oil coating equipment, and discloses an automatic oil coating mechanism for a crane sling. The automatic oil coating mechanism for the crane sling comprises a supporting cross beam, wherein a driving device is arranged in the supporting cross beam; a suspension steel cable is wound in the driving device; an oil coating mechanism is arranged at the bottom of an inner cavity of the driving device; one end of the suspension steel cable penetrates through and extends to the bottom of the oil coating mechanism; a clamping sleeve is formed by welding a transverse sleeve and a longitudinal sleeve; and the transverse sleeve on the clamping sleeve is movably connected with the bottom of an inner cavity of the driving device in a sleeving mode. According to the automatic oil coating mechanism for the crane sling, the oil storage capacity of a coating ball can be effectively improved due to the arrangement of a coating ball, so that oil contained in the coating ball can be effectively and uniformly coated on the suspension steel cable when the coating ball rolls due to extrusion and friction of the suspension steel cable, and then the maximum stroke of the automatic oil coating mechanism in single oil coating operation is effectively improved.

    本发明涉及钢索涂油设备技术领域,且公开了一种用于行车吊索的自动涂油机构,包括支撑横梁,所述支撑横梁的内部设有驱动装置,所述驱动装置的内部缠绕有悬吊钢索,所述驱动装置内腔的底部设有涂油机构,且悬吊钢索的一端贯穿并延伸至涂油机构的底部,所述卡接套筒是由横向和纵向两个套筒焊接而成的,且卡接套筒上横向的套筒与驱动装置内腔的底部活动套接。该用于行车吊索的自动涂油机构,对于涂抹滚珠的设置,可以有效地增大涂抹滚珠自身的存油能力,致使其在受到悬吊钢索的挤压摩擦而发生滚动时,可以有效将其自身所含有的油均匀的涂抹到悬吊钢索上,进而有效地提高了该自动涂油机构在单次涂油作业中的最大行程。
