The invention belongs to the technical field of solid tires, and particularly relates to a solid tire for a bracket carrier. In the using process of the carrier, the weight is stressed on the surfaces of the anti-skid teeth, then the borne weight is conveyed to a rubber layer, elastic supporting vibration reduction is conducted through elastic supporting rings in the rubber layer, meanwhile, supporting vibration reduction is conducted on the supporting columns sliding in the fixing cylinders through the springs, and therefore the double-layer vibration reduction effect is achieved; the vibration reduction effect of the solid tire is guaranteed, the using performance of the solid tire is improved, the vibration reduction effect is quite excellent on the premise that the service life of the tire is guaranteed, and the good vibration reduction effect is achieved in the cargo carrying process of the carrier.

    本发明属于实心轮胎技术领域,尤其为支架搬运车用实心轮胎。本发明在搬运车使用的过程中,重量受力在防滑齿表面,然后将所承受重量输送至橡胶层上,通过橡胶层中的弹性支撑环进行弹性支撑减振,同时利用弹簧对在固定筒中滑动的支撑柱进行支撑减振,从而双层减振效果,保证该实心轮胎的减振效果,提高了实心轮胎的使用性能,在保证轮胎的使用寿命的前提下使得减振效果十分优良,提高了搬运车在搬运货物的过程中起到较佳的减振效果。
