A multi-degree-of-freedom underwater shooting boosting robot comprises a cabin, a propelling system, a shooting recognition system and an early warning rescue system. The propelling system comprises a propelling machine in the vertical direction, two propellers in the horizontal direction and two propellers capable of being adjusted in the two directions; the vertical thruster and the two horizontal thrusters are all arranged in the cabin body, the two direction-adjustable thrusters are oppositely arranged and are respectively driven by the driving mechanisms to realize turnover motion, and the two deflection mechanisms arranged at the side parts of the cabin body are respectively connected with the corresponding driving mechanisms to realize turnover motion. The front-back deflection motion of the adjustable propeller in the two directions on the horizontal plane is realized; the shooting recognition system is arranged at the front part of the cabin body; and the early warning rescue system is arranged in a control room of the cabin body and is used for controlling the robot to float upwards and communicating with a ground station. The multi-degree-of-freedom underwater shooting robot can perform multi-degree-of-freedom movement, and the requirement of a user for underwater shooting is met.
