本发明公开了一种楼宇高层消防用的消防装置,包括:楼体、升降井、滑槽、齿牙和升降机构,升降井沿上下方向开设于楼体的前侧中部,滑槽的数量为若干个,若干滑槽沿上下方向开设于升降井的内腔后侧,齿牙的数量为若干个,若干齿牙沿上下方向等距的设置于升降井的内腔左右两侧,升降机构设置于升降井的内腔。本发明利用齿牙、电机、连接杆、主动锥形齿轮、第一旋转杆、从动锥形齿轮、第一齿轮、第二旋转杆和第二齿轮之间的配合可以带动升降平台在升降井的内腔上下移动,本发明可以有效的将人群安全带往地面,并且可以使人群远离着火点,可以避免火灾时产生的浓烟危害人群身体健康。
