The invention discloses a spatial large-scale self-unfolding extension arm, and belongs to the technical field of satellite antennas. The problems that an existing antenna stretching arm is complex in structure and inconvenient to unfold or fold are solved. The stretching device comprises a plurality of coaxial stretching units which are sequentially and fixedly connected end to end, each stretching unit comprises two fixing rings and a plurality of stretching bodies, the two fixing rings are coaxially arranged up and down, the stretching bodies are evenly distributed between the two fixing rings, each stretching body is of an elastic part structure, and when the stretching device is located on the ground, the stretching bodies are bent by applying external force; the folding of the stretching arm is achieved, and the folding state is maintained through rope binding; after entering the outer space, the rope is cut off to realize the self-unfolding of the stretching main body, so that the self-unfolding of the stretching arm is realized. Compared with the prior art, unfolding and folding operation is more convenient, and it is guaranteed that the stretching arm is unfolded in place timely and accurately by selecting the proper stretching body in advance.

    一种空间大型自展开伸展臂,属于卫星天线技术领域。本发明解决了现有的天线伸展臂结构复杂且展开或折叠不便的问题。它包括若干个同轴且首尾依次固接的伸展单元,其中,每个伸展单元均包括上下同轴布置的两个固定圈以及均布在两个固定圈之间的若干伸展主体,所述伸展主体为弹片结构,在地面上时,通过施加外力使若干个伸展主体进行弯曲,实现伸展臂的折叠,通过绳索捆绑维持折叠形态;进入太空后,通过剪断绳索实现伸展主体的自展开,进而实现伸展臂的自展开。与现有技术相比,展开和折叠操作更方便,且通过提前选取合适的伸展主体,保证伸展臂及时、准确的展开到位。
