The invention is suitable for the technical field of piston engines, and provides an electronic fuel injection engine and an engine for an unmanned aerial vehicle. The electronic fuel injection engine comprises an engine main body used for converting thermal energy into kinetic energy, an input component arranged at one side of the engine main body and connected with the engine main body, and an output component arranged at one side of the engine main body. Fuel and air required by operation of the engine main body are transmitted to the engine main body through the input component, the thermal energy is converted into the kinetic energy through the interior of the engine main body to be output, gas heat generated by operation of the engine main body is discharged through the output component, and the input fuel is regulated and controlled through the input component, so that the engine main body can receive the optimized fuel input; and the electronic fuel injection engine is simple in structure and convenient to operate and control, closed-loop control is conducted on the gas input end and the gas output end of the engine, internal combustion of the engine is more stable, meanwhile, the engine can optimally consume the fuel, and the endurance mileage of the engine is increased.
