The intelligent mobile energy storage charging vehicle comprises an energy storage battery, a charging assembly and an intelligent mobile energy storage control unit. The energy storage battery is connected with a charging gun of the charging assembly, a to-be-charged vehicle is charged under the control of the intelligent mobile energy storage control unit, and the intelligent mobile energy storage control unit comprises an intelligent driving control module and an automatic moving line planning module. The intelligent driving control module controls a driving assembly of the intelligent mobile energy storage charging vehicle and executes movement of the intelligent mobile energy storage charging vehicle. The automatic moving line planning module automatically plans and forms a moving line according to received geographical position data of the to-be-charged vehicle or geographical position information of a to-be-charged parking space, and sends a control signal to the intelligent driving control module, so that the driving assembly of the intelligent mobile energy storage charging vehicle is driven to move to the to-be-charged vehicle.
