The invention discloses automatic decomposition, classification and recovery equipment for electric vehicle motors, and relates to the technical field of motor decomposition. The problem that manual disassembling efficiency is low is solved. The automatic decomposition, classification and recovery equipment specifically comprises a workbench and a conveying mechanism; a controller is fixed to the outer wall of one side of the workbench through bolts; a fixing plate is fixed to the outer wall of one side of the top of the workbench through bolts; a second air cylinder is fixed to the outer wall of the bottom of the fixing plate through bolts; an arc-shaped connecting plate is fixed to one end of the second air cylinder through bolts; a cutting blade is fixed to the outer wall of one side of the arc-shaped connecting plate through bolts; and a rotating mechanism is arranged at the position, below the cutting blade, of the workbench. According to the automatic decomposition, classification and recovery equipment, the second air cylinder drives a trapezoidal movable block to slide in a sliding groove, so that a movable frame and second triangular plates are driven to move up and down in a reciprocating mode through a pulley; when a motor shell is conveyed to an infrared ray formed by an infrared transmitter and an infrared receiver, the infrared ray is interrupted; the second air cylinder is controlled by a controller to stop working; and then the motor shell is transferred.

    本发明公开了一种电动车电机自动分解分类回收设备,涉及电机分解技术领域;为了解决人工拆解效率低的问题;具体包括工作台和输送机构,所述工作台的一侧外壁通过螺栓固定有控制器,工作台的顶部一侧外壁通过螺栓固定有固定板,固定板的底部外壁通过螺栓固定有气缸二,气缸二的一端通过螺栓固定有弧形连接板,弧形连接板的一侧外壁通过螺栓固定有切割刀片,工作台位于切割刀片的下方设置有旋转机构。本发明通过气缸二带动梯形活动块在滑槽内滑动,从而通过滑轮带动活动架和三角板二上下往复运动,当电机外壳输送至红外发射器和红外接收器形成的红外线处,打断红外线,通过控制器控制气缸二停止工作,进而对电机外壳进行转运。
