The invention discloses a composite bending-moment-free support beam for wireless force measurement. The composite bending-moment-free support beam comprises a main beam and a stress indicator, wherein rope hanging mechanisms are arranged at two ends of the main beam, and the rope hanging mechanisms are fixedly connected with the main beam; the main beam comprises a first end beam, a second end beam and composite beams; the composite beams are arranged between the first end beam and the second end beam; and the first end beam and the second end beam are detachably connected with the corresponding composite beams. According to the composite bending-moment-free support beam for wireless force measurement, the usage amount of high-strength bolts is reduced, the assembly time is greatly shortened, the assembly efficiency is high, and the use cost is low, so that the time of high-altitude operation is greatly shortened, and the danger coefficient of the high-altitude operation is reduced; and the stress-strain condition of the whole main beam can be monitored, and the support deformation condition and the fatigue stress condition can be quickly and effectively judged, so that the relative safety of the support beam is ensured.

    本发明公开了一种无线测力组合式无弯矩支撑梁,包括主梁和应力显示器,所述的主梁两端均设置挂绳机构,所述的挂绳机构与主梁固定连接,所述的主梁包括第一端部梁、第二端部梁和组合梁,所述的组合梁设置在第一端部梁与第二端部梁中间,所述的第一端部梁和第二端部梁均与组合梁之间可拆卸连接。本发明不仅降低了高强度螺栓的使用量,而且大大降低了组装时间,组装效率高,使用成本低,从而大大降低了高空作业的时间,进而降低了高空作业的危险系数,还可以监测整个主梁的应力应变情况,可以快速有效的判断支撑变形和疲劳受力情况,从而保证支撑梁的相对安全。
