The invention relates to the technical field of industrial part hoisting, in particular to an industrial part hoisting device and a hoisting method. The hoisting method comprises the following steps that firstly, two clamping friction blocks move towards the middle to preliminarily clamp a part, and the two clamping friction blocks drive the part to move upwards by a small distance; secondly, two supporting rods move towards the middle to support the bottom of the part, and four pressing rods at the left end and the right end move downwards to fix the part in four directions so as to prevent the part from rotating in the moving process; thirdly, two positioning plates move towards the middle to fix the lower portion of the part; and fourthly, the position of the lower portion of the part is adjusted to be aligned with and installed on a lifted part. By means of the industrial part hoisting device, the stability of the part can be guaranteed after the part is lifted, the part is prevented from rotating or sliding off and the like, and higher safety is achieved.
