The invention belongs to the technical field of aircraft assembly, and particularly relates to a device and method for positioning an overall frame of an airplane. The positioning device comprises a sliding sleeve, a refined bolt, a nut, a compression nut, a flange plate and a sliding pin; the sliding sleeve is of a lug-shaped structure, mounting holes are formed in the two ends of a lug, and the sliding sleeve is fixed to the mounting base body in cooperation with refined bolts and nuts. The axis of the sliding sleeve is of a sleeve type structure, a semi-arc boss is arranged at the end of the axis, and a clamping groove is formed in the boss. The sliding pin is a step shaft, and shaft sections with the smallest diameter and the second smallest diameter are provided with threads and are matched with the compression nut and the flange plate respectively. An annular boss is arranged on the shaft section, with the maximum diameter, of the pin shaft, and a notch is formed in the annular boss. The sliding pin is rotated, so that the annular boss is matched with the clamping groove in the sliding sleeve, and locking and disengaging of the sliding pin are achieved. The device can be used for effectively positioning and assembling the whole frame of the airplane, and the purposes of simple manufacturing, convenient use and accurate positioning are achieved. And meanwhile, the in-rack occupation time is reduced, and the assembly efficiency is improved.

    本发明属于飞机装配技术领域,具体涉及一种用于飞机整体框定位的装置及方法。所述定位装置包括滑套、精制螺栓、螺母、压紧螺母、法兰盘、滑销;所述滑套为耳片状结构,耳片两端开有安装孔,配合精制螺栓、螺母将滑套固定在安装基体上;滑套轴心为套筒式结构,其端部设有半圆弧状凸台,凸台上开有卡槽;所述滑销为台阶轴,直径最小及次小的轴段上设有螺纹,分别与压紧螺母、法兰盘配合;所述销轴直径最大轴段上设有环形凸台,环形凸台上设有切口;旋转滑销,使环形凸台与滑套上的卡槽配合,实现滑销的锁紧及脱开。使用本发明装置能有效定位装配飞机整体框,达到了制造简单,使用便捷,定位准确的目的。同时减少了架内占用时间,提高了装配效率。
