The invention provides a traffic accident rate prediction method based on a space-time meteorological grid. The traffic accident rate prediction method comprises the following steps: collecting and summarizing traffic historical data; analyzing traffic operation characteristic distribution; and through comprehensive analysis of traffic meteorological data, finding out key features of a road meteorological environment and space and time distribution conditions of various features. The method has the advantages that key characteristics of plateau road operation and spatial-temporal distribution of various characteristics are analyzed under complex terrain conditions of a plateau area, a gridding correlation model between road traffic accidents and spatial-temporal grid meteorological elements is established, the highway traffic meteorological disaster type, the main disaster-causing meteorological factors, the influence degree and the meteorological disaster threshold value are researched, and the plateau region traffic meteorology gridding early warning and forecasting technical method based on intelligent grid forecasting is researched.

    本发明提供一种基于时空气象网格的交通事故发生率预测方法,包括如下步骤:收集汇总交通历史数据;分析交通运行特征分布;通过对交通气象数据的全面分析,找出道路气象环境关键特征、各类特征的空间和时间分布情况等步骤;该方法具有的优点如下:研究在高原地区复杂的地形条件下,分析高原道路运行关键特征、各类特征的时空分布,建立公路交通事故与时空网格气象要素之间的网格化关联模型,研究公路交通气象灾害类型、主要致灾气象因子、影响程度和气象灾害阈值,研究基于智能网格预报的高原地区交通气象网格化预警预报技术方法。
