The integrated 270V high-voltage direct-current load power distribution system comprises an MCU microcontroller, a power distribution circuit, a pre-charging circuit, a power distribution driving circuit, a pre-charging driving circuit, a power supply circuit and a discharging circuit, an upper computer sends a connection instruction to the MCU microcontroller through a CAN bus, and the MCU microcontroller controls the power distribution driving circuit and drives the power distribution circuit to realize a power distribution function; or, the upper computer sends a switch-on instruction to the MCU microcontroller through the CAN bus, the MCU microcontroller controls the pre-charging driving circuit to charge the load and judges the output voltage, and after the output voltage reaches the set voltage, the pre-charging driving circuit is switched off, and the power distribution driving circuit is switched on to achieve power distribution; and after power distribution is cut off, the MCU microcontroller controls the discharge circuit to discharge the load. The use requirement of 270V high-voltage direct-current load power distribution of the vehicle can be met, and effect verification is carried out along with a certain vehicle at present.
本发明公开了一种特种车辆集成式270V高压直流负载配电系统,包括:MCU微控制器、配电电路、预充电电路、配电驱动电路、预充电驱动电路、电源电路、放电电路;上位机通过CAN总线发送接通指令到MCU微控制器,MCU微控制器控制配电驱动电路,驱动配电电路实现配电功能;或者,上位机通过CAN总线发送接通指令到MCU微控制器,MCU微控制器控制预充电驱动电路对负载进行充电,同时判断输出电压,输出电压达到设置电压后,关断预充电驱动电路,打开配电驱动电路,实现配电;配电关断后,MCU微控制器控制放电电路对负载放电。本发明能够满足车辆270V高压直流负载配电的使用要求,目前正在随某车辆进行效果验证。
