The invention discloses an electrical safety system for a drive-by-wire chassis of an unmanned vehicle. The system comprises a chassis voltage platform, a main relay, a steering motor, a driving motor, an emergency stop switch, an emergency stop remote controller receiving control end, a whole vehicle control remote controller receiver, a whole vehicle controller and a band-type brake; a coil and a contact are arranged in the main relay, the negative electrode of the chassis voltage platform is connected with one end of the contact, the other end is connected with the negative electrodes of the driving motor and the steering motor, and the positive electrode of the chassis voltage platform is connected with one end of the coil and then connected with the positive electrodes of the driving motor and the steering motor; the emergency stop switch and the emergency stop remote controller receiving control end are connected in series and then are connected in parallel with the vehicle control unit to be connected to one end of the negative electrode of the coil, and the band-type brake is controlled by the vehicle control unit and the positive and negative electrodes of the chassis voltage platform; and the system can realize the emergency braking function applied to four unmanned vehicles. According to the invention, various scenes in the application state of the universal unmanned vehicle are fully considered, and emergency braking in road driving emergencies is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种无人车线控底盘的电气安全系统,该系统包括底盘电压平台、主继电器、转向电机、驱动电机、急停开关、急停遥控器接收控制端、整车操控遥控器接收器、整车控制器和抱闸;主继电器内有线圈和触点,底盘电压平台的负极连接触点的一端后,另外一端再连接驱动电机和转向电机的负极,底盘电压平台的正极连接线圈的一端后再连接驱动电机、转向电机的正极;急停开关和急停遥控器接收控制端串联后与整车控制器并联接入线圈的负极一端,抱闸由整车控制器和底盘电压平台的正负极对其实现控制;系统能够实现四种无人驾驶车应用的紧急制动功能。本发明充分考虑通用型无人车应用状态下的多种场景,实现道路驾驶突发情况时候的紧急制动。
