The invention provides a spatial multidirectional alignment deck crane structure of a cable-stayed bridge. The spatial multidirectional alignment deck crane structure of the cable-stayed bridge comprises two sets of main trusses, the front ends of the main trusses are suspended, and the rear ends of the main trusses are arranged above a mounted steel main beam. A walking mechanism is arranged below the main trusses, and the main trusses are driven by the walking mechanism to move longitudinally on the mounted steel main beam. Each main truss is provided with a lifting alignment system, and each lifting alignment system comprises a lifting mechanism, a longitudinal moving mechanism and a lifting appliance mechanism. Each lifting mechanism comprises a winch, a steel wire rope and a steering wheel, each longitudinal moving mechanism is arranged on the top face of the corresponding main truss, and the longitudinal displacement of the to-be-mounted steel main beam is adjusted through the longitudinal moving mechanisms. One end of each steel wire rope is connected with the corresponding winch, and the other end of each steel wire rope bypasses the corresponding steering wheel to be sequentially connected with the corresponding longitudinal moving mechanism and the corresponding lifting appliance mechanism. The lifting appliance mechanisms are fixedly connected with the to-be-mounted steel main beam. According to the spatial multidirectional alignment deck crane structure of the cable-stayed bridge, the steel main beam lifting efficiency is improved, alignment can be conducted quickly and accurately, the construction time is saved, and the spatial multidirectional alignment deck crane structure of the cable-stayed bridge has great popularization value.

    本发明提供一种斜拉桥空间多向对位桥面吊机结构,包括两组主桁架,所述主桁架的前端悬空设置,后端设置在已安装钢主梁上方,所述主桁架的下方设有行走机构,通过行走机构驱动主桁架在已安装钢主梁上进行纵向移动,所述主桁架上设有提升对位系统,所述提升对位系统包括提升机构、纵移机构和吊具机构,所述提升机构包括卷扬机、钢丝绳、转向轮,所述纵移机构设置在主桁架的顶面,通过纵移机构调整待安装钢主梁的纵向位移,所述钢丝绳一端与卷扬机连接,另一端绕过转向轮依次和纵移机构、吊具机构连接,所述吊具机构与待安装钢主梁固定连接。本发明提高了钢主梁吊装效率,能够快速精准进行对位,节省了施工时间,具有极大的推广价值。
