The invention discloses a hybrid bus fleet scheduling method considering wind and light power generation consumption and carbon emission, and the method comprises the following steps: obtaining bus road network information and basic supporting facility information, building a hybrid bus fleet charging and operation scheduling model taking the minimization of wind and light power generation loss and carbon emission as a target, and considering that the constraint conditions such as energy constraint, time table constraint and maximum basic equipment are satisfied, obtaining an optimal scheduling strategy, the optimal scheduling strategy comprising the optimal route distribution and charging scheme of the bus team, and the optimal charging scheme comprising the optimal charging time, the optimal charging place and the optimal charging electric quantity. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that the operation scheduling plan and the charging decision of the hybrid bus team of the electric buses and the fuel buses are optimized at the same time, new energy is consumed to generate power to the maximum extent in combination with power production and traffic operation, meanwhile, the utilization rate of the electric buses is increased, rescheduling of the fuel buses is reduced, and carbon emission is further reduced; new energy wind-solar power generation development is promoted; and the ecological environment is protected.

    本发明公开了一种考虑风光发电消纳和碳排放的混合公交车队调度方法,包括以下步骤:获取公交路网信息和基础配套设施信息,建立以最小化弃风光发电损失和碳排放量为目标的混合公交车队充电和运行调度模型,考虑满足能量约束,既定时刻表约束,最大基础设备等约束条件,得到最优的调度策略,包括公交车队的最佳路线分配和充电方案,最佳充电方案包括最佳充电时间,最佳充电地点和最佳充电电量。与现有技术相比,该发明同时优化了电动公交和燃油公交的混合公交车队运行排班计划和充电决策,结合电力生产和交通运行,最大程度消纳新能源发电,同时提高电动公交的利用率,减少燃油公交的再调度,进一步减少碳排放量,促进新能源风光发电发展以及保护生态环境。
