The invention discloses a hoisting and overturning integrated device for a thin-wall type workpiece. The device comprises a first clamping assembly and a second clamping assembly. The first clamping assembly comprises a first clamping plate, and the two ends of the first clamping plate are each provided with a first clamping part used for fixing a workpiece; the second clamping assembly comprises a second clamping plate, the second clamping plate is connected with the first clamping plate, the two first clamping parts are symmetrical about the second clamping plate, and the second clamping plate is symmetrical about the first clamping plate; and a first clamping block and a second clamping block are used for fixing the workpiece. According to the device, the effective effect can be achieved in the workpiece machining process, the hoisting transportation process and the overturning action in the carrying process, through integrated arrangement, the workpiece machining process and the workpiece transportation process are more convenient and safer, then the process is saved, and the cost is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种薄壁型工件的吊装翻转一体化装置,包括:第一夹持组件,包括:第一夹持板,所述第一夹持板的两端分别设置有一个用于固定工件的第一夹持部;第二夹持组件,包括:第二夹持板,所述第二夹持板与所述第一夹持板连接,且两个所述第一夹持部关于所述第二夹持板对称,所述第二夹持板关于所述第一夹持板对称;第一夹持块和第二夹持块,用于固定工件。本申请中的装置从工件的加工到吊装运输以及搬运过程中的翻转动作均能够起到有效作用,一体化的设置使得工件从加工到运输的过程更便捷且安全,进而节约流程,降低成本。
