The invention discloses a bilaterally-driven battery charging relay safety control system and method. The system comprises an electric driving control module BMS, a vehicle control module VCU, a first relay, a second relay, a battery pack and a charging pile, wherein the charging pile provides a power supply for charging the battery pack; the first relay and the second relay realize the on-off of the charging circuit; the electric driving control module BMS and the vehicle control module VCU are connected to the two ends of the first relay respectively, and the second relay is arranged between the vehicle control module VCU and the first relay; and when an overcharge fault occurs in the battery pack, if the first relay is in a normal state, the first relay is cut off through the electric driving control module BMS or the vehicle control module VCU to stop charging, and if the first relay is in a fault state, the second relay is cut off through the vehicle control module VCU to stop charging. The safety performance of the relay in the charging process of the new energy automobile is improved, and the change cost is low.

    本发明公开一种双边驱动的电池充电继电器安全控制系统及方法,其系统包括电驱控制模块BMS、整车控制模块VCU、第一继电器、第二继电器、电池包、充电桩;所述充电桩为电池包充电提供电源;所述第一继电器、第二继电器实现充电电路的通断;所述电驱控制模块BMS与整车控制模块VCU分别连接于第一继电器的两端,整车控制模块VCU与第一继电器之间设置有第二继电器;当电池包发生过充故障时,若第一继电器处于正常状态,则通过电驱控制模块BMS或整车控制模块VCU切断第一继电器,以停止充电,若第一继电器处于故障状态,则通过整车控制模块VCU切断第二继电器,以停止充电。本发明提升了新能源汽车充电过程中继电器的安全性能,且更改成本低。
