The bionic protruding structure comprises sawtooth-shaped protrusions and arc-shaped protrusions, wherein the sawtooth-shaped protrusions and the arc-shaped protrusions are evenly arranged along the circumference. A three-dimensional braided structure prefabricated part and water-resistant resin are compositely manufactured through the vacuum auxiliary technology or the RTM technology, and the tail edge structure is specially designed so that noise and vibration generated by an ocean guide pipe propeller can be effectively reduced, the bearing efficiency is greatly improved, the structural weight is reduced, the underwater bearing and corrosion resisting performance is improved, the service cycle is longer, and the seawater corrosion resistance is more excellent.
本发明公开了一种三维编织复合材料海洋导管及其制备方法,所述海洋导管的尾缘设有一体成型的仿生凸起结构,所述海洋导管由碳纤维三维编织结构和耐水性树脂材料复合而成,所述海洋导管内部安装螺旋桨叶片与螺旋桨轮毂,所述仿生凸起结构包括沿圆周均匀排列的锯齿形凸起、圆弧形凸起。本发明通过真空辅助技术或RTM工艺将三维立体编织结构预制件与耐水性树脂进行复合制造,并进行尾缘结构的特殊设计,能够有效降低海洋导管螺旋桨产生的噪声与振动,大大提高承载效率,降低结构重量,提升水下承载和耐腐蚀性能,具有更长的服役周期、更优异的耐海水腐蚀特性。
