The invention discloses a carbon fiber composite material for a main rotor of a helicopter and a preparation method of the composite material. According to the preparation method, the surface of a carbon fiber plate is coated with a pre-cured product, the friction performance of carbon fibers is effectively improved, meanwhile, through preparation of graphene modified phenolic resin, the tensile strength of the whole product is effectively improved, and according to GB/T 31290-2014 measurement, the tensile strength of the carbon fiber composite material for the main rotor of the helicopter is 90-95 MPa. The invention further discloses coating equipment, the coating equipment can meet conveying and coating of the carbon fiber plates with different thicknesses through the arrangement of a lifting shell with the adjustable height; and through the design of a conveying mechanism, conveying rollers can meet the requirement for coating the carbon fiber plates while conveying the carbon fiber plates, and a plurality of conveying rollers are used for coating the carbon fiber plate for multiple times, so that the coating effect on the surface of the carbon fiber plate is good.

    本发明公开一种直升机主旋翼用碳纤维复合材料及其制备方法,该制备方法对碳纤维板表面涂覆预固化产物,有效提高碳纤维的摩擦性能,同时通过石墨烯改性酚醛树脂的制备,有效提高整个产物的拉伸强度,根据GB/T 31290‑2014测定,该直升机主旋翼用碳纤维复合材料的拉伸强度为90‑95MPa。本发明同时公开一种涂覆设备,该涂覆设备通过可调节高度的升降壳的设置,可以满足对不同厚度碳纤维板的输送以及涂覆,通过输送机构的设计,使得输送辊在对碳纤维板输送的同时满足对其进行涂覆,多个输送辊对碳纤维板进行多次涂覆,保证碳纤维板表面的涂覆效果好。
