The invention discloses a flux linkage monitoring method and device, equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps: acquiring motor data, wherein the motor data comprises electrical parameters and physical parameters of a motor, the electrical parameters comprise current data of the motor and/or voltage data of the motor, and the physical parameters comprise rotating speed data of the motor and/or torque data of the motor; calling a machine learning model to process the motor data so as to obtain a demagnetization proportion of a permanent magnet on a rotor of the motor, wherein the machine learning model is used for representing a flux linkage rule obtained based on historical motor data training; and when the demagnetization proportion is larger than the demagnetization threshold value, giving an alarm. According to the method, the motor data including the electrical parameters and the physical parameters of the motor are obtained, the machine learning model is called to process the motor data to obtain the demagnetization proportion of the permanent magnet, and the method is not limited to calculation of the flux linkage through the Q-axis voltage of the motor, so that the method is wider in application range and higher in accuracy.
