The invention provides a decoupling control method for an automobile combined braking system. The combined braking system comprises a master controller and a slave controller, the master controller is installed in the Y-booster, and the slave controller is installed in the ESC. The main controller receives a braking request and Y-Booster motor parameters, the braking request comprises target braking parameters and a target braking type, and the target braking parameters comprise target braking pressure, motor target torque and braking pedal speed; the target braking parameters of the Y-Booster and the target braking parameters of the ESC are determined; according to the current of the Y-Booster motor, the actual braking parameters of the Y-Booster are observed; according to the target braking type, the actual braking parameters of the Y-Booster and the total actual braking parameters, the actual braking parameters of the ESC are obtained through calculation; according to respective target braking parameters and actual braking parameters of the Y-Booster and the ESC, the motor control moments of motors of the two mechanisms are determined; and the closed-loop control on the motor current is performed according to the motor control torque and the actual output torque of the motor. The control effect of the brake system is improved.

    本发明提出一种汽车联合制动系统解耦控制方法。联合制动系统包括主控制器和从控制器,主控制器安装于Y‑booster中,从控制器安装于ESC中。主控制器接收制动请求和Y‑Booster电机参数,制动请求包括目标制动参数和目标制动类型,目标制动参数包括目标制动压力、电机目标转矩和制动踏板速度;确定Y‑Booster和ESC各自的目标制动参数;根据Y‑Booster电机电流,观测Y‑Booster的实际制动参数;根据目标制动类型、Y‑Booster的实际制动参数及实际制动总参数,计算得到ESC实际制动参数;根据Y‑Booster和ESC各自的目标制动参数和实际制动参数,确定两机构电机的电机控制力矩;根据电机控制力矩和电机实际输出力矩,对电机电流进行闭环控制。本发明提升了制动系统的控制效果。
