The invention discloses a train non-stop operation method which comprises the following steps: when a train is about to enter a station, disconnecting a train tail section A of the train from a train body; the tail section A of the train is a special compartment for passengers to get on and off the train; after disconnection, the train body normally runs along the current track, and the train tail section A of the train starts to brake and run in a decelerating manner until the train enters the get-off platform in the station; another train tail section B is parked in advance at a boarding platform in the station, the train tail section B starts to move at a proper time point, and after the train body passes through the turnout intersection, the train tail section B enters a track of the train body from the current track through the turnout intersection, and then the train body is tracked at the train tail section B, and the train tail section B stops moving at a proper time point after the train body passes through the turnout intersection. The train tail section B is connected with the train body. The system can save train operation time, improve operation efficiency, save energy and reduce equipment loss.
