According to the invention, a static test of automatic wake-up is carried out on the train through the vehicle, the vehicle control management system (TCMS) and the vehicle-mounted controller (VOBC), remote automatic static test inspection before departure of the unmanned train is realized, the intelligent degree of the train is improved, the operation and maintenance cost of the train is reduced, and meanwhile, safety guarantee is provided for departure and operation of the train.
