The invention relates to the technical field of unmanned helicopters, and particularly discloses an unmanned helicopter tail rotor pitch adjustment control structure. The structure comprises a tail rotor shaft, the tail end of the tail rotor shaft is connected with a tail rotor hub central part, the tail rotor hub central part is provided with a plurality of supporting arms, and the supporting arms are provided with pitch-variable hinge assemblies used for being connected with tail rotor blades and adjusting the pitch of the tail rotor blades. A sliding sleeve assembly which rotates synchronously with the tail rotor shaft and slides in the axial direction of the tail rotor shaft is arranged on the tail rotor shaft, and a plurality of variable-pitch pull rods are connected between the sliding sleeve assembly and the variable-pitch hinge assembly; an adjusting operation structure further comprises a driving assembly used for driving the sliding sleeve assembly to do axial reciprocating motion, the sliding sleeve assembly is arranged to be matched with the tail rotor shaft, torque on the tail rotor shaft is directly transmitted to the sliding sleeve assembly so that the sliding sleeve assembly can synchronously rotate, and the situation that the variable-pitch pull rod is damaged due to the fact that torque appears on the variable-pitch pull rod is avoided; and the inclination angle of the tail rotor blade can be adjusted by axially moving the sliding sleeve assembly along the tail rotor shaft, so the overall structure is greatly simplified, and the reliability of pitch adjustment is improved.
