The invention provides a graphene polyurethane composite sponge material with excellent air permeability and an application thereof. The graphene polyurethane composite sponge material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40 to 60 parts of polyhydric alcohol, 10 to 35 parts of polyisocyanate, 8 to 20 parts of graphene-zeolite compound, 5 to 15 parts of porous ceramic particles, 0.01 to 3 parts of pore opening agent, 0.05 to 5 parts of silane coupling agent and 0.01 to 3 parts of foaming agent. According to the composite sponge material, polyurethane foam formed by polyol and polyisocyanate under a foaming process is used as a matrix, through compounding of the graphene-zeolite compound, the porous ceramic particles, the pore opening agent, the silane coupling agent and other components, the air permeability and thermal conductivity of the sponge material are remarkably improved, and meanwhile, the composite sponge material has high rebound rate and mechanical strength; the sponge material can be applied to household articles such as mattresses and cushions, and the use comfort of the sponge material is remarkably improved.

    本发明提供一种透气佳的石墨烯聚氨酯复合海绵材料及其应用,所述石墨烯聚氨酯复合海绵材料的制备原料以重量份计包括:多元醇40~60份,多异氰酸酯10~35份,石墨烯‑沸石复合物8~20份,多孔陶瓷颗粒5~15份,开孔剂0.01~3份,硅烷偶联剂0.05~5份,发泡剂0.01~3份。该复合海绵材料以多元醇和多异氰酸酯在发泡工艺下形成的聚氨酯泡沫为基体,通过石墨烯‑沸石复合物、多孔陶瓷颗粒、开孔剂和硅烷偶联剂等组分的复配,显著提升了海绵材料的透气性和导热性,同时具有高的回弹率和机械强度,能够应用于床垫、坐垫等家居用品中,显著提升了海绵材料的使用舒适度。
