The multi-way valve comprises a valve body, a valve element, an end cover assembly, a first elastic assembly and a second elastic assembly; the valve body is provided with a penetrating through hole and an oil port communicating with the through hole; the valve element is movably installed in the through hole; the end cover assembly is arranged at the end of the valve element and provided with a mounting cavity; the first elastic assembly is installed in the mounting cavity, and the end of the valve element abuts against the first elastic assembly; the second elastic assembly is further mounted in the mounting cavity; and a set distance is formed between the second elastic assembly and the end part of the valve element. After the valve element moves towards the second elastic assembly by the set distance, the end of the valve element interacts with the first elastic assembly and the second elastic assembly. According to the multi-way valve, the micro-opening control interval of the valve element is effectively increased, and the micro-motion control characteristic of the multi-way valve is improved.
