The invention discloses a control system of a high-efficiency pulse type charger, which comprises an AC/DC main power circuit, a battery load, an amplifier, a control circuit, a voltage stabilizing circuit, an operational amplifier U2 and a precision arithmetic unit. The control circuit sends a pulse signal to the precision arithmetic unit, the precision arithmetic unit controls the charging current, and the battery is charged by the pulse current. The polarization voltage, the gas output rate, the temperature rise and the resistance polarization generated in the battery during charging disappears, and the concentration polarization and the electrochemical polarization can be gradually weakened or even rapidly disappear, so that most of the separated oxygen and hydrogen generated in the charging process of the battery are reduced into electrolyte under the charging stopping pulse, internal electrochemical side reactions in the charging process of the battery are reduced, a balancing effect is achieved on reduction of water loss and devulcanization of the battery, and a repairing effect is achieved on the battery which is invalid due to capacity reduction caused by devulcanization or serious polarization of the battery.
本发明公开一种高效能脉冲式充电器的控制系统,包括AC/DC主电电路、电池负载、放大器、控制电路、稳压电路、运放器U2以及精密运算器,通过控制电路发出脉冲信号给精密运算器,精密运算器控制充电电流,使用脉冲电流对电池充电,使充电时电池中产生的极化电压、出气率、温升升高、电阻极化消失,浓差极化和电化学极化可逐渐减弱甚至迅速消失,使电池在充电过程中产生的氧气和氢气在停止充电脉冲下,大部分析出的氧气和氢气被还原成电解液,不仅减少了电池在充电过程中内部电化学副反应,对电池减少失水去硫化起到均衡作用,而且对电池因硫化而容量降低或已经严重极化而引起失效的电池起到修复作用。
