The invention relates to the technical field of new energy vehicles, and discloses a rapid heat dissipation charging pile which comprises a charging pile body, a charging head, a first air bag, a partition plate and a second air bag. A magnetic ring is fixedly connected to the outer side of the joint of the charging head and the charging pile body. By designing the first air bag, the second air bag, the through pipe, the check block, the spring, the sliding block, the air outlet pipe and the air return pipe, air in the first air bag is expanded and released through the air outlet pipe due to internal heating when the charging pile works, and the air pressure is smaller than that in the second air bag after the air in the first air bag is released; compressed air in the second air bag enters the first air bag through the air return pipe, the compressed air is released and absorbs the temperature of the compressed air through the heat conducting piece in the air return pipe when passing through the air return pipe, the air entering the first air bag is low-temperature air, and cooling of the interior of the charging pile is achieved through heat absorption of the low-temperature air; and the internal temperature of the charging pile during use is prevented from being too high.

    本发明涉及新能源汽车技术领域,且公开了一种快速散热的充电桩,包括充电桩本体、充电头、第一气囊、隔板和第二气囊,所述充电头与充电桩本体连接处的外侧固定连接有磁环。本发明通过设计第一和第二气囊、通管、挡块、弹簧、滑块、出气管和回气管,通过充电桩工作时内部发热使第一气囊内的气体膨胀经出气管释放,第一气囊内部气体释放后气压小于第二气囊内部气压,第二气囊内部的压缩气体经回气管进入第一气囊,压缩的气体释放经过回气管时通过回气管内部的导热片吸收压缩气体的温度,使进入第一气囊内的气体为低温气体,通过低温气体的吸热实现充电桩内部的降温,避免充电桩在使用时内部温度过高。
