The control system comprises a battery management module, a liquid heating module and a heat exchanger, the battery management module comprises a battery and a management unit, the management unit comprises a temperature obtaining subunit and a control subunit, the temperature obtaining subunit is used for obtaining the temperature of the battery, and the control subunit is used for generating a control signal according to the temperature of the battery; the liquid heating module comprises a temperature control unit, and the temperature control unit is used for heating or cooling a liquid heat conduction agent according to the control signal; and the heat exchanger comprises the liquid heat conduction agent and is used for containing the liquid heat conduction agent and heating or cooling the battery according to the temperature of the liquid heat conduction agent. According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, the charging and discharging efficiency of the battery of the electric vehicle is improved, and the service life of the battery is prolonged to a certain extent because the battery can be in a relatively stable temperature range during charging and discharging.
