本发明提供了一种适用于大功率石墨双极板燃料电池的物流车底盘平台,氢能汽车包括车体和氢瓶系统,氢瓶系统包括氢瓶组、紧固螺栓一、紧固螺母一、紧固带、紧固螺母二、氢瓶支撑座、紧固螺栓二,通过紧固螺栓一和紧固螺母一将紧固带固定于氢瓶组,再通过紧固带、紧固螺母二和紧固螺栓二将氢瓶组固定于安装有氢瓶支撑座的车身下横梁上,完成氢瓶系统的布置。本发明的效果是:提高了整车空间利用率、续航里程和汽车安全性,合理的利用下车体空间,增大氢瓶容积,同时可避免对货箱空间的侵占,采用侧向装配不影响车体的结构强度且装配维护性高与现有氢能源车型,专属的固定结构能有效的起到碰撞保护加强的作用,提高了整车的载货容积和载重量。
