The invention provides a deflector rod structure with an anti-jamming function. The deflector rod structure comprises a deflector rod body and a first anti-abrasion hemisphere movably mounted at the top of the deflector rod body through an anti-abrasion assembly. The anti-abrasion assembly comprises a first bearing shaft sleeve and a limiting assembly, the first bearing shaft sleeve is fixed to the top of the deflector rod, the limiting assembly is fixed to the first anti-abrasion hemisphere, the first bearing shaft sleeve is limited in the first anti-abrasion hemisphere through the anti-abrasion assembly, and the anti-abrasion hemisphere is fixed to the top of the deflector rod body through the first bearing shaft sleeve; and a first limiting assembly comprises an annular hemispherical baffle ring or three arc-shaped baffle blocks. The deflector rod structure body is composed of a driving lever base, an inner shaft, an outer shaft, a rolling bearing and the like, the driving lever base is connected with an output shaft of a driving motor, the inner shaft is connected with the driving lever base through a screw, and the inner shaft is connected with the outer shaft through the rolling bearing, so that sliding friction between a driving lever and a paddle is converted into rolling friction of the bearing, the friction force is greatly reduced, and the deflector rod can be effectively prevented from being clamped when stirring paddles.

    本发明创造提供了一种具有防卡死功能的拨杆结构,包括拨杆本体,通过防磨组件活动安装在拨杆本体顶部第一防磨半球体;防磨组件包括第一轴承轴套、限位组件,第一轴承轴套固定在拨杆顶部,限位组件固定在第一防磨半球体上,防磨组件将第一轴承轴套限位在第一防磨半球体内,防磨半球体通过第一轴承轴套固定在拨杆本体顶部;第一限位组件包括环形的半球体挡环或三个弧形挡块。本发明创造所述的拨杆结构主体由拨杆基座、内轴、外轴、滚动轴承等构成,拨杆基座与驱动电机输出轴连接,内轴与拨杆基座用螺钉连接,内轴与外轴之间通过滚动轴承相连,从而将拨杆与桨叶之间的滑动摩擦转换成轴承的滚动摩擦,大大减小摩擦力,可以有效避免拨杆拨桨时被卡住。
