The invention discloses a pile supporting system assembly type subway station longitudinal beam lifting appliance and a longitudinal beam lifting method. A single gantry crane is adopted, and the single gantry crane comprises a single rail trolley, a trolley winch and a trolley steel wire rope; a rotary hook capable of horizontally rotating is arranged at the lower end of the trolley steel wire rope, and the cross beam is hung on the rotary hook through a longitudinal beam hoisting steel rope; and a longitudinal beam hoisting steel rope is arranged to be a herringbone sling, and a pair of hoisting feet of the herringbone sling are hung on a left cross beam hoisting point and a right cross beam hoisting point on the cross beam respectively. Interference of a steel support can be effectively eliminated by reasonably setting the distance between the left and right cross beam lifting points on the cross beam, collision between components is avoided, and safe construction is guaranteed; and the equipment investment is low, on-site equipment can be simplified, on-site control is easy, and the construction progress is greatly improved.

    本发明公开了一种桩撑体系装配式地铁车站纵梁吊具及纵梁吊装方法,采用单台龙门吊,包括单台轨道小车、小车绞盘以及小车钢丝绳;小车钢丝绳的下端设置可水平回转的旋转吊钩,横梁由纵梁吊装钢索吊挂在旋转吊钩上;将纵梁吊装钢索设置为人字型吊索,人字型吊索的一对吊脚分别吊挂在横梁上的左右两个横梁吊点上。本发明通过合理设置横梁上的左右两个横梁吊点之间的间距可有效消除钢支撑的干扰,避免构件之间的碰撞,保证安全施工;其设备投入低,能减化现场装备,易于现场控制,极大地提高施工进度。
