The invention provides an intelligent flood control system and control method for a railway-to-railway combined transportation dam-crossing channel, and the system comprises a rapid gate opening and closing device which comprises a gate and a gate control device, and the gate control device is used for controlling the working state and the opening and closing state of the gate according to an instruction issued by a monitoring device, and performing feedback of the state information of the gate to the monitoring device; a water level measuring device which is used for sensing and detecting water level information and transmitting the water level information to the monitoring device; a railway train set position detection device which is used for detecting whether the railway train set exists in the gate safe opening and closing space and transmitting the result to the monitoring device; the monitoring device which is used for receiving the information, determining a protection scheme and issuing corresponding protection instructions to the gate control device and the railway train signal control device; and the railway train set signal control device which is used for sending a corresponding signal to the advancing railway train set according to the instruction sent by the monitoring device and indicating the railway train set to stop or advance. The system can ensure the flood control safety of the levee and the operation safety of the railway train set.

    本发明提供了一种铁水联运铁路穿堤坝通道智能防洪控制系统及其控制方法,该系统包括:快速启闭闸门装置,包括闸门以及闸门控制装置,闸门控制装置用于根据监控装置下达的指令控制闸门的工作状态及启闭状态,并将闸门状态信息反馈给监控装置;水位测量装置,用于感应探知水位信息并传递给监控装置;铁路车列位置检测装置,用于检测闸门安全启闭空间是否存在铁路车列并传递给监控装置;监控装置,用于接收信息并确定防护方案,向闸门控制装置和铁路车列信号控制装置下达相应的防护指令;铁路车列信号控制装置,用于根据监控装置下达的指令向行进的铁路车列发出相应的信号,指示铁路车列停止或行进。本发明能够确保大堤防洪安全和铁路车列运行安全。
