The invention provides a high-wear-resistance rubber composition and application thereof. The high-wear-resistance rubber composition is prepared from the following formula materials: 20-40 parts by mass of butadiene rubber; 75-100 parts by mass of a multi-branched-chain solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber; 60-90 parts by mass of silica; 5-8 parts by mass of a silane coupling agent; 5-15 parts by mass of a reinforcing agent; 28-40 parts by mass of a processing aid; 2-8 parts by mass of an active agent; 1-5 parts by mass of an anti-aging agent; 1.5-4 parts by mass of a vulcanizing agent; and 1-3.5 parts by mass of a vulcanization accelerator. According to the tire rubber formula, the solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber with a multi-branched-chain structure is mainly used as a main body, and the structure of the solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber contains a large number of branched-chain end groups and terminal active groups which can be better combined with a reinforcing agent and the like, so that the wear resistance of a rubber composition is improved, and meanwhile, the rolling resistance and the wet and slippery road surface control performance are basically kept unchanged. Particularly, the composition is suitable for being applied to the aspects of electric automobile tires and the like.

    本发明提供了一种高耐磨橡胶组合物及其应用,由以下配方物料制备而成:20~40质量份的顺丁橡胶;75~100质量份的多支链溶聚丁苯橡胶;60~90质量份的二氧化硅;5~8质量份的硅烷偶联剂;5~15质量份的补强剂;28~40质量份的加工助剂;2~8质量份的活性剂;1~5质量份的防老剂;1.5~4质量份的硫化剂;1~3.5质量份的硫化促进剂。该轮胎橡胶配方主要利用多支链结构的溶聚丁苯橡胶作为主体,其结构中含有大量支链端基,末端活性基团能够更好的结合补强剂等,提升橡胶组合物的耐磨性能,同时维持滚动阻力和湿滑路面操控性能基本不变。尤其地,本发明适合在电动汽车轮胎等方面的应用。
