Provided is a cooling device for hybrid vehicles capable of effectively exchanging heat between cooling water in an engine cooling circuit and a refrigerant in an electrical system cooling circuit and appropriately and quickly cooling and raising the temperature of an internal combustion engine and an electrical system device. A cooling device 1 for hybrid vehicles comprises: an engine cooling circuit 3 that circulates cooling water; an electrical system cooling circuit 6 that circulates a refrigerant; and a heat exchanger 7 that exchanges heat between the cooling water and the refrigerant. The engine cooling circuit 3 is equipped with: a main circuit 11 capable of constantly circulating cooling water; a radiator circuit 12 which circulates cooling water between an internal combustion engine 2 and a radiator 8; a heat-exchanging cooling water flow part 13 for returning the cooling water flowing out through the heat exchanger 7 to the main circuit 11, the heat-exchanging cooling water flow part 13 being configured so as to allow the cooling water to flow therethrough; and a three-way valve 14 which is disposed at the upstream end of the heat-exchanging cooling water flow part 13 and which is capable of switching the flow path of the cooling water so as to allow the cooling water flowing out from one of the internal combustion engine 2 and the radiator 8 to flow into the heat exchanger 7.
