    本发明公开了一种备胎槽结构,包括沿X向和Y向延伸的第一平面,第一平面上设有向Z向下方凹陷的槽体,槽底为沿X向和Y向延伸的第二平面,第二平面的形状复合形状,X向的前侧为半圆形,后侧为矩形,槽侧壁为沿Z向延伸的第三曲面,第三曲面至少在Y向两侧和X向前侧与第一平面和第二平面连接,至少在第二平面上设有上凸的加强筋,加强筋至少包括中部加强筋;中部加强筋的形状为“H”形,“H”形的两条纵向凸筋沿Y向延伸,一条横向凸筋沿X向延伸。本发明的有益效果是:提供了设计制造简单且兼顾轻量化的方案,提高备胎槽的局部模态,避免汽车在行驶过程中出现备胎槽共振问题。
