The invention discloses a method and a system for cleaning stubborn dirt on the surface of a solar photovoltaic panel. The system firstly adopts a laser cleaning technology to strip the stubborn dirt from the surface of the photovoltaic panel, and then cleans the residual dirt in cooperation with a dry ice dirt cleaning technology. Compared with an existing photovoltaic panel decontamination technology, the method is more water-saving, safer, efficient and rapid; a novel 3D printing technology is adopted to process all module frames so as to reduce the load weight of an unmanned aerial vehicle and improve the flight stability of the unmanned aerial vehicle, and the system is simple, safe and easy to operate; the photoelectric conversion rate of the solar photovoltaic panel is improved by removing the stubborn dirt, the hot spot effect is avoided, and the photovoltaic power generation safety is greatly improved; and the system has important significance in reducing water consumption, simplifying cleaning equipment, reducing comprehensive cost, facilitating later maintenance and the like.
本发明公开了一种太阳能光伏板板面顽固污垢的清洗方法及系统,该系统先采用激光清洗技术将顽固污垢与光伏板表面剥离,再配合干冰清污技术将残留污垢清扫干净。相比已有的光伏板清污技术更节水、安全、高效快速;且本发明采用新型3D打印技术加工各个模块框架,以用来降低无人机负载重量,提高无人机飞行稳定,系统简单安全易操作;顽固污垢的清除提高太阳能光伏板的光电转换率,避免热斑效应,大大提高光伏发电安全。该系统减小耗水量,简化清洁设备,降低综合成本,便于后期维护等具有重要意义。
