The invention relates to a method for operating an electromechanical parking brake of a vehicle. In order to provide an improved parking brake function for a vehicle, the method includes monitoring a pitch angle of the vehicle while the vehicle is in a stationary state; determining whether the current parking braking force of the parking brake is sufficient to ensure that the vehicle is stationary if the pitch angle change of a preset degree is known from the monitoring of the pitch angle; and if the current parking braking force is not enough to ensure that the vehicle is static, determining the adjusted parking braking force, and forming the adjusted parking braking force through a parking brake.

    本发明涉及一种操作车辆机电式驻车制动器的方法。为了为车辆提供改进的驻车制动功能,当车辆处于静止状态时监测车辆的俯仰角,其中如果由俯仰角的监测得知预先设定的程度的俯仰角变化,确定驻车制动器的当前驻车制动力是否足以确保车辆静止,如果当前驻车制动力不足以确保车辆静止,则确定调整后的驻车制动力并通过驻车制动器产生调整后的驻车制动力。
