The invention provides a cruise control method and device and an electric vehicle, and relates to the technical field of electric vehicles. The cruise control method comprises the following steps: in a self-adaptive driving mode, obtaining current driving monitoring information and fatigue state grade information of a driver; when it is determined that speed adjustment needs to be carried out according to the driving monitoring information and it is determined that the driver is not in fatigue driving according to the fatigue state grade information, outputting a speed adjustment signal with a first acceleration value; when it is determined that speed adjustment needs to be carried out according to the driving monitoring information, it is determined that the driver is in fatigue driving according to the fatigue state grade information, and the fatigue state grade information is smaller than or equal to a preset fatigue grade, outputting a speed adjustment signal of a second acceleration value, wherein the absolute value of the second acceleration value is greater than the absolute value of the first acceleration value. According to the scheme, the driver is reminded in the whole cruise driving process, and the phenomenon of poor driving experience caused by mistaken reminding is avoided.

    本发明提供一种巡航控制方法、装置及电动汽车,涉及电动汽车技术领域。所述巡航控制方法包括:在自适应驾驶模式时,获得当前的行驶监测信息和驾驶员的疲劳状态等级信息;在根据所述行驶监测信息确定需要进行速度调整,且根据所述疲劳状态等级信息确定驾驶员无疲劳驾驶时,输出为第一加速度值的速度调整信号;在根据所述行驶监测信息确定需要进行速度调整,且根据所述疲劳状态等级信息确定驾驶员为疲劳驾驶,且所述疲劳状态等级信息小于或等于预设疲劳等级时,输出为第二加速度值的速度调整信号,其中所述第二加速度值的绝对值大于所述第一加速度值的绝对值。本发明的方案在整个巡航驾驶过程中提醒驾驶员,避免误提醒造成的驾驶体验差的现象。
