The invention discloses an automobile fuel tank safety system. A switch button for controlling the opening of a fuel tank cap is connected with a VCU through a hard wire, the VCU is connected with an actuator for executing the opening action of the fuel tank cap through a hard wire, an OBD sensor is arranged in an automobile fuel tank, and an FT IV valve is arranged on a pressure relief pipeline of the automobile fuel tank. The OBD sensor is connected with the VCU and outputs an automobile fuel tank pressure signal to the VCU, and the VCU is connected with the FT IV valve and outputs a driving signal to the FT IV valve. According to the invention, the FT IV valve is controlled under different requirements of the whole vehicle, so that the purposes of fuel saving and environmental protection are achieved on the premise of ensuring the safety of the fuel tank and the normal operation of the vehicle.
本发明揭示了一种汽车油箱安全系统,用于控制油箱盖开启的开关按钮通过硬线连接VCU,所述VCU通过硬线连接执行油箱盖开启动作的执行器,汽车油箱内设有OBD传感器,所述汽车油箱的泄压管路上设有FT IV阀,所述OBD传感器连接VCU并输出汽车油箱压力信号至VCU,所述VCU连接FT IV阀并输出驱动信号至FT IV阀。本发明通过对在整车不同需求下对FT IV阀控制,保证油箱安全、车辆正常运行的前提下,以达到节约燃油和环保的目的。
