The invention discloses a ship fire operation protection device, which comprises a box body structure that comprises a box body bottom plate, an operation groove is formed in the top of the box body structure, and a waste slag groove is formed in the side portion of the box body structure; and a slag collecting structure which is inserted into the box body structure through the slag discarding groove, and the slag collecting structure corresponds to the operation groove. After the fire operation, the slag collecting structure is taken out of the box body structure, and molten slag and excess materials generated in the fire operation process are poured; therefore, the whole protection device is prevented from being turned over. Due to the detachable design of the residue collecting structure, garbage in the protection device can be conveniently cleaned, and more labor is saved in the cleaning process. Meanwhile, a moving structure is mounted at the bottom of the box body structure, so that the protection device can be conveniently moved during fire operation, and more labor is saved during personnel operation.

    本发明公开了一种船舶动火作业的防护装置,其特征在于,所述防护装置包括:箱体结构,所述箱体结构包括箱体底板,所述箱体结构的顶部开有作业槽,所述箱体结构的侧部开有弃渣槽;集渣结构,所述集渣结构通过所述弃渣槽插入所述箱体结构内,所述集渣结构与所述作业槽相对应。在动火作业后,将集渣结构从箱体结构内取出,对动火作业过程产生的熔渣和余料进行倾倒,避免了翻动整个防护装置,集渣结构的可拆卸设计利于对防护装置内的垃圾进行清理,清理过程更加省力,同时箱体结构底部安装有移动结构,方便动火作业时对防护装置进行移动,人员操作更加省力。
