The invention discloses an automobile seat front collision energy absorption structure which comprises a backrest side plate and an angle adjuster and further comprises a front collision energy absorption mechanism, and the two ends, capable of moving relatively, of the front collision energy absorption mechanism are fixed to the backrest side plate and the angle adjuster respectively when an automobile is in front collision. When the recliner works normally, the whole front collision energy absorption mechanism moves along with the backrest side plate and the recliner, when a front collision happens to an automobile, the backrest is driven by external force to move, and the position of the recliner is not changed. The end, fixedly connected with the backrest side plate, of the front collision energy absorption mechanism is twisted relative to the end, fixedly connected with the recliner, of the front collision energy absorption mechanism to absorb energy. The energy absorption structure comprising the gear ring, the planetary gear and the energy absorption torsion rod is arranged between the backrest side plate and the angle adjuster, so that destructive energy generated by collision is absorbed when front collision of an automobile occurs, and secondary transmission of the energy to a human body is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种汽车座椅前碰吸能结构,包含靠背侧板和调角器,其还包括一前碰吸能机构,该前碰吸能机构在汽车发生前碰时能够相对运动的两端分别固定在靠背侧板和调角器上;在所述调角器正常工作时,所述前碰吸能机构整个跟随靠背侧板和调角器运动,在汽车发生前碰时,外力驱动靠背位移,调角器位置不变,所述前碰吸能机构与靠背侧板固定连接的一端相对所述前碰吸能机构与调角器固定连接的一端进行扭转而吸能。本发明通过在靠背侧板和调角器之间设置包含齿圈、行星齿轮和吸能扭转杆的吸能结构,在汽车发生前碰时,吸收因碰撞产生的破坏性能量,减少能量二次传递到人体的目的。
