The invention provides an offshore stable hoisting crane based on four-cable limiting. Three stabilizing arms and three stabilizing cables are additionally arranged on the basis of a traditional offshore hoisting crane. Two of the three stabilizing arms are arranged on a crane base, and the other stabilizing arm is arranged at the end part of a crane jib; and the suspended end of each stabilizing arm is provided with a stabilizing arm guide wheel used for guiding the corresponding stabilizing cable, the three stabilizing cables and four steel wire cables of a lifting sling form force balance and space limiting at the position of a lifting hook, the hoisting stability can be improved, the problem that the hoisting weight swings can be solved even under the complex high-grade sea condition, and the safety and the operation efficiency of offshore hoisting are improved. When a sea condition level is lower and a stable control mechanism is not needed, the stable mechanism can be quickly taken down by using a designed quick release structure.
本发明提供一种基于四索限位的海上稳定吊装起重机,在传统海上吊装起重机的基础上增加了三个稳定臂和三根稳定索。三个稳定臂其中两个设置在起重机底座上,另一个设置在起重机吊臂的端部;稳定臂的悬空端具有稳定臂导轮,用于稳定索的导向,三根稳定索和起升吊索四根钢丝索在吊钩处形成力的平衡和空间限位,可以提高吊重的稳定性,即使在复杂的高等级海况条件下,也能解决吊重摇摆不定的问题,提高海上吊装的安全性和作业效率。在海况等级较低不需要稳定控制机构时,可以使用所设计的快拆结构快速取下稳定机构。
