The invention relates to a probe calibration system of a track flaw detection car and the track flaw detection car. The probe calibration system comprises: a to-be-calibrated probe which is used for transmitting ultrasonic waves to a calibration rail to detect calibration defects in the calibration rail and is further used for receiving first reflected waves of the calibration rail, wherein the first reflected waves are used for reflecting information of the calibration defects; a switching device which comprises a first interface and a second interface, wherein the second interface is used for being connected with a probe to be calibrated in a pluggable mode so as to receive the first reflected wave; an ultrasonic processing device which is connected with the first interface of the switching device, and is used for receiving the first reflected wave of the calibration rail, amplifying the first reflected wave according to the first channel gain, outputting a processed first amplified signal and receiving the setting of the first channel gain; and a display device which is connected with the ultrasonic processing device and used for displaying the first amplified signal. According to the probe calibration system, different probes to be calibrated can be reliably and quickly switched, so that quick calibration of the different probes to be calibrated is realized.

    本发明涉及一种轨道探伤车的探头标定系统及轨道探伤车。该探头标定系统包括:待标定探头,用于向标定轨发射超声波,以探测标定轨中的标定缺陷,还用于接收标定轨的第一反射波,第一反射波用于反映标定缺陷的信息;转接装置,转接装置包括第一接口和第二接口,第二接口用于可插拔连接待标定探头,以接收第一反射波;超声波处理装置,连接转接装置的第一接口,用于接收标定轨的第一反射波,并根据第一通道增益对第一反射波进行放大处理,输出处理后的第一放大信号,还用于接收对第一通道增益的设置;显示装置,连接超声波处理装置,用于显示第一放大信号。该探头标定系统能可靠快捷的切换不同的待标定探头,从而实现对不同待标定探头的快速标定。
