The invention discloses an intelligent charging multilayer safety protection system which comprises a switching station, an energy storage device and a charging facility, a transformer is arranged in the switching station, the switching station is electrically connected with the energy storage device, the energy storage device is electrically connected with the charging facility, and the structure forms a safety charging system of an electric vehicle; the switching station adopts a transformer for reliable voltage reduction, and a switching station outgoing cable is connected to the high-voltage side of the transformer for voltage reduction processing to form a low-voltage distribution power supply; the working mode of the energy storage device is that the energy storage device is charged in the valley time of the electricity load and discharged in the peak time of electricity load. After the energy management system is introduced, the peak load shifting effect can be generated on the power grid through the energy storage system, the capacity of the power grid is reduced, the reliability and stability of power grid operation are improved, the tail end sensing function of the switching station can be enhanced, the switching station becomes the sensing tip in the power grid, and the remote monitoring function can be achieved; and the safety of the charging facility is greatly improved.

    本发明公开了智能充电多层安全防护系统,包括开闭所、储能装置、充电设施,所述开闭所内设置有变压器,开闭所与储能装置电性连接,储能装置与充电设施电性连接,其结构构建成一个电动汽车的安全充电系统;所述开闭所采用变压器可靠降压,通过开闭所出线电缆接入变压器高压侧进行降压处理,形成低压配电电源;所述储能装置工作模式是用电负荷谷时充电,峰时放电。通过引入能源管理系统后,将能够通过储能系统对电网产生“移峰填谷”的作用,降低电网容量,提升电网运行的可靠性和稳定性,并且能够增强开闭所的末端感知功能,使开闭所成为电网中的感知末梢,能够实现远程监测的功能,大大提高该充电设施的安全性。
