The platform comprises a plurality of foundation floating type units, a fastening connecting mechanism, a plurality of wind power generation devices and a fixing structure, wherein the plurality of wind power generation devices are fixedly connected with the top end of a floating foundation, the plurality of foundation floating type units are fixedly connected with the fastening connecting mechanism, the fastening connecting mechanism is connected with the fixing structure, the fastening connecting mechanism freely rotates and floats up and down in the horizontal plane around the fixing structure, and the lower end of the fixing structure is fixed to the seabed. According to the non-anchoring floating type large-megawatt wind power generation platform, a positioning requirement needed by normal work of a wind turbine foundation is met, and the design problem of a traditional shallow water anchoring system is solved; a mooring mode only allows a rotation around a vertical axis of a fixed foundation, and a heaving movement of a floating type foundation, so that the undesirable effect of a coupling movement of a wind turbine foundation of floating type and a wind turbine in the prior art is avoided.
