The invention discloses a thermally driven flexible roller. The thermally driven flexible roller is composed of seven sections of bending elements which are connected end to end, wherein each section of bending element is composed of a TPU film and a PI film, the PI film is arranged on the outer side of the roller, and the TPU film is adhered to the inner side of the roller. When the flexible roller is placed on a high-temperature platform, the roller is heated to continuously roll. When the number of the bending elements is seven, the roller can roll for a distance of 50mm within 40s, and the maximum rolling speed can reach 1.6mm/s.

    本发明公开一种热驱动柔性滚轮,所述热驱动柔性滚轮由7段首尾相连的弯曲元件构成,每段弯曲元件由TPU薄膜和PI薄膜组成,其中PI薄膜置于滚轮外测,TPU薄膜粘贴于滚轮内测。将柔性滚轮放置于高温平台上时,滚轮受热产生连续滚动。弯曲元件为7段时,滚轮可在40s内滚动50mm的距离,最大滚动速度可达1.6mm/s。
