A disclosed air conditioning system for a ship comprises an air conditioning box, an air duct, an enthalpy wheel and a disinfection and sterilization device, the air duct is arranged in the air conditioning box and comprises a return air duct and a fresh air duct, the return air duct comprises an air return port and an exhaust outlet, the enthalpy wheel is used for conducting energy exchange on return air and fresh air in the rotating process, and the disinfection and sterilization device is arranged between the air return port and the enthalpy wheel. According to the air conditioning system, indoor return air in the return air duct passes through the disinfection and sterilization device and then passes through the enthalpy wheel, ultraviolet rays of the disinfection and sterilization device irradiate blades of the enthalpy wheel, the quantity of viruses attached to the enthalpy wheel is reduced to a certain level, the viruses are further diluated by fresh air, the fresh air entering a room can basically reach a sterile state after passing through the enthalpy wheel, therefore, air on the ship is disinfected and purified, the possibility of cross infection is reduced, the structure is simple, replacement and use are easy, and the maintenance cost is reduced.
